Sunset Ridge Apartments

Shannon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shes a bully. I never once got a hello from her or anything friendly. Only negative interactions. Also tell yourself and anyone you know to never rent from her. She scams people into taking there deposit during moveout. She charges you for things that are within being reasonable wear and tear. By law she cant charge for those things. She took more from me then she originally told me. I had a professional cleaning service do my apartment before moving out and she still thought it was not satisfactory. My advice. If you rent here take a picture of every square inch of the apartment and write in the move in check list pages of notes and everything you can to document. But I am begging you to not rent from her. I loved living in Sunset Ridge! These apartments allow dogs and there was a lot of land for my dog to play/walk around the apartments. The manager Shannon was friendly and made move in/out and daily living easy and enjoyable. I have lived in many apartment buildings and this is one of the quietest I have lived in. In addition, the other tenants were respectful and pleasant. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

For Fergus, these apartments are aesthically okay. For anywhere else, these are very mid. The material quality is obviously cheap (vinyl countertops, cheap appliances, no microwave, patio railings that will 100% break if you lean against them, etc.), but the apartments are only a few years old so they are still in okay shape. These are the types of apartments that will look like a ghetto in 30 years, for sure, just because the buildings were clearly made at the cheapest price point possible. However, cost is fairly affordable. Property manager Shannon is extremely rude and unprofessional. She also lives in the building which means she is always around. The apartments themselves are alright, but Shannon’s attitude and apartment “rules” are absolutely insane. So glad I got out of there.
