Sunset Pointe

These apartments are very nice. I love it here. Ms Keisha the Apt Manager is always willing to assist with any issues or concerns. She’s really sweet. And the maintenance Man Mr Rudy Works hard to keep the grounds clean and safe for the kids to play and does a great job.

I have been leaving her for a little over a year now. My kids and I love it!!! All the kids play well with one another!!! The office manager, Keisha, goes outside to play and interact with all the kids! Keisha and Rudy (the maintance man) goes above and beyond to make sure that we taken care of and have what we need as tenants!! I would highly recommend anyone to live here!!!

I live here with my mother as her live in caregiver. We absolutely LOVE it here. Haven’t really had any problems with any of the neighbors or living here. The apartments are very clean, maintained, and kept up well. The property manager Keisha is very friendly and takes care of problems as soon as she hears about them and can get to them. We would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for somewhere nice to live that is quiet and friendly.

I think these apartments are some of the best in the area. They’re cute, comfortable, and are kept very clean. Maintenance can be a little slow, but I’ve learned with emergencies they get with you really fast. The old manager was terrible. So strict and nosey. But the new management is so friendly and helpful. She has helped my families apartment experience a bunch. I’ve never had an issue with noise or bad neighbors. I know the wait list tends to be long, but I assume it’s because no one wants to leave. I would recommend living here to friends and family.

I love the apartments, they are very clean outside and inside. Our landlord Keisha is very helpful and anything we need she is there to help. She gets things done when brought to her attention and she is a very sweet person 💗 💕 💖 I wouldn't ask for anyone else to be my landlord, so thanks for everything and keep up all the good work.
