Sunset Pointe Apartments

L place, cockroaches everywhere and they expect you thoroughly clean before you leave but when you move in you will need to thoroughly clean as well as remove dead roaches everywhere, trash everywhere including glass from the parking lots to the doors of the apartments, pool wasn’t open for almost an entire year, maintenance is cool people tho. There’s a lot more issues but I’ll leave it at that.

I absolutely love living at The Voyager! The community is fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make it a great place to call home. A special shoutout to the maintenance team— they are incredible! Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. It’s so reassuring to know they genuinely care about keeping everything in great condition. The amenities are amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for students. I would highly recommend The Voyager to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and friendly place to live!

I recently moved around the end of August, and I can truly say that the Voyager has made my first experience in renting very good. Initially I was a bit nervous on what to expect, but the staff are always there to help and answer any questions. The customer service has been very great as well, anytime I go and pick up a package at the office; they greet me with very good energy and have been nothing but kind. The maintenance calls as well are always answered and fixed, which is something I prioritize a lot! especially since i’m always at home. Overall a very solid place to rent!

The staff is always friendly. They know me by name when I walk in the office. I love living here. My roommate is great. They did an outstanding job on placing me with my current roommate. My cat also loves it here and she gets along with my roommate.

Definitely a good place to live! I had two roommates. One of which was terrible and the other was amazing. The apartment complex, when I brought up the issues we were having with the bad roommate, were very considerate and when I asked to move to a different area of the complex if she resigned, they said they would help and told me everything I needed to do if such a thing happened. I also love my new floors that were just upgraded in my apartment. Goes so much better with my aesthetic and gives the apartment a more light feeling!
