Sunset Pointe Apartments

I went to check it out today and it actually seems pretty nice. I like them. Mrs Beverly helped me complete everything and she’s very nice . Crossing fingers for good news. I can only hope and pray that my experience isnt as bad as some of you all if approved because I really like the area and just what my babies and I need .

We have lived here for a few months now. We know that every apartment has its faults and drawbacks but I give 5 stars because I see the effort being put into making this a nice place to be. Our apartment was clean and the staff has been fantastic. We do notice many residents that don’t treat the area well with trash and the like but I see maintenance constantly out picking up so residents can have a tidy area. We look forward to seeing what the next months and years bring with continued improvements.

I lived in these apartments nearly 4 years. The entire time I lived here management was awful and not helpful. I put in so many maintenance requests(ceiling fans stopped working, kitchen light stopped working, sink was leaking, garbage disposal didn’t work, pest control, toilet cracked and couldn’t use it, bathtub faucet was replaced with one that didn’t fit, never came back with the proper one) that were never answered, the only ones they ever took care of was when my air conditioner stopped working and flooded my apartment, and when there was a random huge inspection where they came in and saw all the things that I asked to be fix previously and now charged me to fix. There was also a bug problem from the day I moved in to the day I moved out and they never did a thing to address it, and

I had made this my home since August 2021 to Sept 2025, my experience here was very pleasant and I loved living here when I had the chance. The staff throughout the years was generally helpful and maintenance was always on top of issues I submitted to the office. Even upon the stress of moving out, the manager and stuff were understanding and helpful.

Horrible! They do not care! They take forever to fix things and no matter the damage they expect rent on time! I had a whole outside and in my closet my plugs always go out and ceilings fan not working yet we pay them
