Sunset Gardens

Lived in Sunset Gardens for two years, I would have stayed but had to move to be closer to my job. The staff there are great. From maintenance to the office. If you have an issue, things were fixed in a timely manner. Only downside was the flooding. If it rained hard, even for a few hours the parking lot does flood in certain areas which was a little bit annoying. But at the end of the day, it’s still the best apartment complex I’ve lived in

There are not enough words to express the exceptional service provided by Ms. Belén and Gaia at Sunset Garden Condominium. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Always approachable and kind, they handle every request with efficiency and care, showing a genuine commitment to the well-being of all residents. Their warm personalities create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere, transforming Sunset Garden from just a condominium into a true home. Thank you both for your outstanding work and for making Sunset Garden such a special place to live!

they don’t have amicable customer service, they treat the tenants like animals …don’t recommend, leave golf carts anywhere without regards to the community they “serve”

Living in Sunset Gardens has been a wonderful experience since day one!!! The office staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with. Especially Galia, the Property Manager, she has been managing the property for years now is so awesome to work with. The maintenance team is always there to help out quickly with any issues you might have in your Unit and usually have a quick turnaround when responding to your requests. The property is always maintained and kept to great standards. Makes it very welcoming when you have family or friends stopping by to visit. I highly recommend living here and its very kid friendly and safe!!!

Just moved in! The community is amazing… the pool and amenities are great! The move in process was extremely easy. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. Galia the manager is the best in the business! She was helpful easy to communicate with and a pleasure over all! I am so happy I moved here. I want to stay here for years!!! Highly recommended 😊
