As a Realtor, I always appreciate working with professionals. Flora and her team did a great job with a recent closing. Her attention to detail and timely communication made the transaction go very smoothly.

I have bought and sold many homes in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. In my 50 years of buying and selling I receive my funds almost immediately…whether by a check or wire transfer. I was told by the agent handling the closing that she would start the wire transfer immediately after the papers were signed. Approximately 3:00 pm on 9/30 I finally called my banker at Wells Fargo on 10/1 At 12:30 And was told there was no notification or communication from the Sunset Title Company. . I then called Sunset Title Company That the wire transfer had JUST been I initiated at12:26 today…10/1 This is TOTALLY Unacceptable!

Flora is truly incredible! She takes care of her customers and is very prompt and thorough. I know when my file is being handled by her that it will be done right and timely. Can’t say enough good things about her and The Sunset Capital team!
