Best place to live with great neighbors. It’s a hidden away gem . Beaches 45 min away, casino 50 or so minutes away.
Rude management, easy to get pests and has rotting, termite laden wood. On the positive side, they are decently priced for the area -considering they're in walking distance from many stores and jobs. Also they're right on Mobile bay, so the beauty of the locale is AMAZING!!
This place is old and in need of massive renovations. Not worth the money...
