Going on 4 years here and can’t say enough about the place. I will say the best thing they have going for them is Christina. Since before we moved in she has been such a great help to me and my family. Always above and beyond with her. Very attentive to what we’ve needed and all about acting expeditiously. I was hesitant to move in because of the area but it is a different world once you pass that gate. Thanks Christina for keeping our experience a good one.

Before I even moved in, they gave me trouble with my lease even after I paid all my fees. I ended up having to redo my lease and paying for entire month of March even though my lease was supposed to start February 14th. There was no property manager to help me, only Alicia at the leasing office who can only do so much. She’s the only one there and they aren’t even open on weekends. Most leasing offices will at least be open for Saturday. I honestly just think the property manager would rather be at the other property she manages. Just know Sunscape doesn’t seem to be a priority for upper management. When I finally moved in, some of my outlets weren’t working (one of them were screwed upside down), my dryer wasn’t working and my AC was constantly breaking to the point that I can’t run it f

Out of all the Florida apartments I've had (both in Tampa and Orlando), this was by far the best one I ever had. I moved in during April, so with COVID going on, this apartment experience was definitely unique. There was no apartment tour or anything like that. But I worked with Christina in the office, and she happily answered all the questions I had, plus provided pictures of what the apartment would look like. I signed the lease on blind faith, never having seen a unit. I'm glad I did. The apartment ended up being perfect, and it was in great shape. Although pest control hadn't come while I was there (due to COVID), I never saw a single bug inside my unit. Just a few love bugs that had come in from outside. This was a first. I've lived at Sunscape for the past 4 years and just renewed my lease for another year. This is such a hidden gem of a place on Fletcher. The staff, Christina, Jeanine, and Richard, have made this a really incredible property to stay at. They are always extremely positive and helpful for any issue that may come up. Somehow Christina remembers every single tenants name AND their pets too, which is so sweet. And Richard responds extremely quickly for any maintenance issue that may arise. The property itself is well maintained, all the other tenants are respectful of one another and it is quite quiet overall.
