Sunrise Valley Apartments

Very affordable apartments with a laundromat on site as well as a small playground. There is studio apartments as well as 1and 2 bedroom units. Some of the units have a covered carport as well. These are in the Washington School District.

I would give zero stars if I could due to the fact that my mother has lived there for years and has never paid her rent late not to mention she lives on a fixed income and they raised her rent over $200. Now she is having an issue for the last year with her apartment flooding everytime it rains heavy and has told the landlord multiple times about it and he has still yet to fix it or even sent someone to clean up all of the water mind you she is elderly and has to rely on me or my brother to shop vac the water up for her which is bullshit there should be something we can do for her as she can't afford to live and pay rent and bills anywhere else on a fixed income!

I do not live here however as a delivery driver I deliver here several times a week. I feel absolutely awful for the people that have to live here. The steps to every complex are literally most of them probably wouldn't even pass code. The center support that goes from the bottom of the steps to the top on the underside of the steps is. I'm a rather large male and it's terrifying when I have to go up the stairs to drop someone food or groceries off. This needs to be fixed or a lawsuit will clear your business.

So here is the rundown. Since day one there has been a roach problem, and we have told management 7 times and have only seen the pest control guy twice. I had to call the police on our neighbors because he decided to get high at 4 in the morning and started slashing tires. Every time we contacted management we have either gotten a bad attitude, no response, or literally being yelled at because we asked for something to be fixed. To top it off they raised the rent from $595 to $825 for a one bedroom. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!

Moved here last year due to needing a roof over my head after leaving an abusive relationship. Knew it wasn’t ideal but it was something. Extremely unprofessionally run with a major lack of communication. When you do finally hear back, they’re not in the wrong, you are, and jump to threats of sorts that don’t even hold up or make sense. Very unsafe environment with heavy drug use and police being called to various buildings at least once a month which they’re aware of and do nothing about. Coming up as a close second to red barn community. Would never advise these apartments.
