Sunrise Valley Apartments

I am excited to return to Sunrise Valley because my current living situation is unsatisfactory due to the pervasive presence of ants and spider webs everywhere. The service coordinator, Jodi, tried to persuade me to see Dr. Chu after I explicitly stated that I do not want to enter her office again after referring me to the ER due to my high blood pressure and I almost experienced difficulties after discharge from Crossing River Health hospital. Jodi also attempted to recommend the one-bedroom subsidized unit in Prairie du Chien, belonging to the same property management company, until I declined the offer due to the town's liberal leaning.

I’ve enjoyed living here for over a year. Everyone is very friendly, the building is clean, maintenance is diligent, and the landlord Lisa is very nice to work with. The apartment itself is pretty modern and updated, good airflow and it’s easy to breath. The windows are nice and the floors and carpets are comfortable. Clean tasting water, nice shower, toilet doesn’t flush the best but overall very nice place to live. Thanks for everything, leaving next month

Great apartment. They actually have community events to engage tenants. My daughter and I recently moved in after a house fire and we are finally getting our lives back on track. This is what we needed.

Well it’s been almost a year 7 months during the pandemic I decided to move out it’s been nice living on my own at first I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but love the new and updated apartments love the balcony views in Building C. Sunrises are wonderful to watch in the morning since I’m a night owl. The staff and landlord have been extraordinary highly recommend everything is close to downtown proximity

I have lived in Sunrise apts for going on two years now and have no real complaints. If I need something and I call it doesn’t take long for a response from management or maintenance. The job done in remodeling was hectic but turned out beautiful. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
