Working with Sunrise Title Services has been a great experience for the team and our client, even-though they were hit by Hurricane Ian, and lost electricity, they made everything possible for our client to close and have some sunshine in their purchase! No stars is more suitable. I have pondered long on whether or not to write this review. After careful thought, I feel the public MUST know about my experience with this company as an RE agent. This company is unprofessional, unethical, and NOT to be trusted at all. Long story short, (1) my seller did not receive funds on day of closing 09/26/22, (2) Communication was very poor and my emails about my seller not receiving funds were ignored, I had to personally get in touch with the owner Judith L. via her cell phone, (3) My seller was not paid until one week later (and it was tough getting my seller paid, as they tried to say the closing wasn’t unto 09/28/22 (trying to use Hurricane Ian as reason for not paying), however, all closing paperwork stated Monday, 09/26/22 (Two days before Hurric
