Sunrise Solars Apartments

Lived here for 2 years. The apartments are beautiful and the location is perfect. 3 stars is due to the lack of communication with management. Any issue you have in your apartment, don’t expect it to hear back from anyone for at least a week (as long as you keep calling/emailing) and certainly don’t expect a fix for at least a month. All they want is your money, which is to be expected when renting, but if it weren’t for myself following up 4 months after moving out, i never would have received my security deposit. Jan claimed to have mailed it, to my new address which i provided, but she ended up putting it in the mailbox at Sunrise Solars, thinking i wouldn’t notice that she never actually tried to mail it.
