Sunrise Senior Apartments

Gerardo was kind enough to give us a tour of the Sunrise Facilities today. The entire complex including the apartment was extremely fresh and clean. To my surprise the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space! The living room area was spacious. The bedroom had an extra storage closet. The bathroom was large enough to add a tall dresser for extra towels and necessities. The small patio area can hold two patio chairs and a small table for plants and beverages. Thank you Gerardo for our first time experience visiting the possibility of senior apartment living!

My Nana lives here, and don’t get me wrong, they have very nice apartments, but they just allowed a family, who is not at all a senior citizens, to live there. Their child screams and runs in the halls, while they make a bunch of noise doing god knows what, and it’s been keeping up my nana and probably other senior citizens that need their sleep. That’s not even it, the Gerardo guy won’t even let me sage my Nana’s house anymore because she’s supposedly “smoking in her house”, when she’s literally told them that she’s sages every now and then. I think they definitely need to change some things about that place, definitely starting with the loud family. Also, another thing is that they only gave a few people parking spaces. When the people who live there have visitors, where are they suppose

This apartment building is in need of an enclosed parking lot. I have seen too many vehicles use this parking lot as a short-cut between Line Street and Westside Blvd. Since this is a place where seniors are present I feel that the city of Hollister and San Benito County need to make this situation a priority moving forward. These seniors deserve our respect and I would appreciate the appropriate attention be given to this dangerous situation.

Everyone is friendly, the management needs to be more hands on rarely see him, we have a community room, which is not available to the tenants.

It looks like it would be a pleasant place to live.
