Dealing with Sunrise Property Management Group has been like trying to put out a fire with a spoon. There’s a lot of smoke, and definitely some shady stuff going on behind the scenes. Embezzlement? Wouldn’t be shocked. Missing money seems to be their unofficial specialty. The director, Doreen, somehow manages to say absolutely nothing… loudly. Communication is either nonexistent or a game of telephone gone very, very wrong. Unless you’re one of her favorites – then maybe you’ll get a reply, a smile, or a unicorn. Who knows? It’s honestly impressive how a lot property management company can function with such a low level of professionalism and such a high level of mystery.
