I lived at Canfield Apartments for a year, Until I could get something closer to work. I was very happy with how quickly and easily they made it so I could get into the apartment As soon as it became available. They were very open to letting you decorate and make the apartment your home. And I had a very easy stress-free move out as well. When there were issues that required maintenance, they were very on top of sending someone straight out to fix it. The only bad thing that I feel, Is snow removal was not always ideal. Many times you didnt see a snowplow for quite a while and they didn’t do a very good job cleaning up or salting walkways. Besides that I feel it was a Good renter to landlord experience, Which is something hard to come by.

Sunrise Management doesn't deserve one star, After signing a lease, we waited 2 months to move into our apartment, because they were, "getting the apartment ready". They didn't give us the right keys, so we got locked out of our apartment the second night we were here for a few hours. We moved in June 1st, we have had nothing but problems, the first night we were here our hot water heater stopped working because its hooked up to 2 breakers, over a month and a half here it still isn't working. Our bathroom light breaker quit working so we are showering in the dark with a lantern in the bathroom. Our front steps had one hand rail and they are cracked and uneven, the bottom step is a foot in the air. My 3 year old son has fallen down them twice, and I have fallen down them once, I am 8 months

Hands down the worst property management company I have ever rented an apartment from. I have had the worst experience with every person I have had to deal with. Our units washer broke and it took them 2 months to even have someone come to even assess the situation. My experience has been so bad that a friend of mine was thinking about renting one of their properties and decided to not even contact them after hearing the nightmare my roommates and I have been through.

Do not recommend renting from any of there places. The low totem pole people have control problems and handle issues the wrong way. They do not take care of their properties and hire rude unethical employees. 0 stars
