Sunrise Harbor Luxury Apartments

I have been a resident at Sunrise harbor for about a year now. The apartments and community is luxurious. The staff, shout out to the friendly concierge, security valet team and property leaders Lourdes and Lindsey, everyone really goes out their way to accommodate your requests professionally. Oscar in maintenance just repaired my closet door which only took him minutes. He was polite and professional which is what I have experienced from the entire staff including the concierge team, valet, office staff, security and maintenance. Residence are also very friendly and neighborly. The property is walking distance to Fortlauderdale beach, it is on the harbor surrounded by yachts and 360 water views from the pool, community spaces and most units.. I’ve lived in several places across the U.S., but nothing compares to Sunrise Harbor. The service and care here are truly exceptional. I want to highlight Lindsay, who always goes above and beyond for us. She is attentive, kind, and incredibly prompt with everything we need. We’re in our second year at Sunrise Harbor. Having lived in luxury buildings in major cities like Boston and NYC, and in a few other high-end spots here in Fort Lauderdale, we can confidently say that Sunrise Harbor (SRH) is, by far, the best. Its an exceptional, meticulously run community. The location of Sunrise Harbor is unbeatable. A very short walk from the nicest stretch of Fort Lauderdale Beach, offering the ideal balance: close enough for morning runs and beach walks, yet perfectly removed from the heavy tourist traffic. Sunrise Harbor is paradise! It offers incredible water views, a marina accommodating yachts over 60+, resort-style amenities, and much more, right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and steps away from the beach! The staff is outstanding, and the community is super friendly and secure. I highly recommend it!

Update 9/8/2025: the maintenance team has improved. Jorge and his colleagues were very prompt at responding to requests. Package reception has been really good here. There's a dedicated room, with front desk able to receive / hold the packages. The mobile app is really good. I get along with my neighbors, very friendly people. My neighbors convinced me to renew when I was undecided. As with all communities, there are areas for improvement which, for now, I'll save for the resident surveys. --- Andrea was the friendliest leasing agent I've ever interacted with. The surrounding neighborhood is very clean and beautiful with a charming French cafe right next door. Amazing views from the complex. It was very serene and quiet when I visited.
