Sunrise Apartments

I’ve lived here for just shy of 2 years now and I can honestly say I look forward to calling this place home. The complex is in a great location, every grocery store you can think of within a 8 mile radius, Tanger outlet is only 10 minutes away, and downtown is only about a 15 minute drive away and if you don’t have your own transportation there are 3 bus stops right outside the neighborhood. The community is quiet and well kept and because It sits back from the main road and perch on a hill, when you are here it feels like you are separated from the busyness of the city. You can lay in your bed or sit on your patio and watch the sunrise/set and They are super pet friendly with no breed restrictions. It’s all one bedroom apartments and everyone that lives here is (1) super friendly or (2)

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The office staff, especially Giovanna, which is the one that assisted me in getting my apartment. She was welcoming, very informative. I left the office, knowing everything I had to know. Also, the maintenance man Blanco was very helpful and making sure everything was working in the apartment and that I was happy. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for an apartment to come here.

Sunrise, has become my home for over 5 years and there has been a great improvement on the grounds. Maintenance and the staff are amazing at handling any issues, questions, or concerns. From, upgraded units, to the better lighting along the entrance of our gated community. Located in a secluded and nestled area of South Nashville, it's convenient from I-24 to I-65, along with the secondary roads that can take you from downtown Nashville to Murfreesboro in minutes. An interesting selection of floor plans, from Studio Efficient, to the two One Bedroom layout options. I highly recommend visiting and scheduling an appointment at this location for a fair and reasonable rent price.

I have been a resident, for over three years and enjoy the convenient location of this Community Property. It's, secluded off the main Road, close to both I-24/65, Downtown, Antioch, Brentwood, and the Green Hills area. The unique Floor Plan layouts are fairly affordable, including the amenities. I love mine!

I’ve lived here for the past 8 months and it was a great choice. It’s a small and quiet community. They have been doing a ton of renovations, improvements, and security additions and they are all worth it. Maintenance & management: The maintenance is quick to respond, great at figuring out the problem and resolving it as quick as possible. Management was very personal and flexible in working to meet my needs for an apartment. I felt looked out for. Management is very friendly, kind, and eager to listen. Safety & Security: This is a gated community and security drives through throughout the night. Facilities: the pool is a good size and the salted water is lovely. Laundry facility is secure and there are always washer available. No gym on the property but they have a partnership with 144
