Flummerfelt is slowly turning this place into an absolutely beautiful community one lot at a time. Going to be a wonderful place to call home when all their work is done. Already a complete transformation from what they started with and if it turns out like their other communities this will be hard to ever leave
Streets need repair & abandoned trashy trailers need to be removed and disposed of. Owner and his Fiancee are great friends of mine. I wish he had more help to get the work done.
Lots of people, unclean, and the roads are bad, but the mobile homes are nice.
