This is a terrible place to live you get what you pay for. Management is extremely unprofessional; they don’t keep track of any of the financials, and you’re given blank leases to sign upon renewal. No one is ever available to assist with any issues over the weekend, and repairs are not made in a timely manner. Cars are always getting broken into on the first day my sister moved in, all her rims were stolen. Please save yourself the trouble and find a place that addresses issues with professionalism.
BE CAREFUL PEOPLE WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND OWNER NEVER CARE ABOUT PROPERTY OR PEOPLE ,NEVER GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT CHECK. PARKING LOT SO BAD EVEN NO LINE BETWEEN SPOTS
Your staff is horrible, hung up on me when i wanted to get an email to send a proposal to management, MISSED opportunities like this is a sure way to stunt the growth of a flourishing community, I'm sure good management would agree
