Please don't lease here. I have been a resident of these apartments for almost 2 years. This is the 3rd company that have taken over these apartments. I have been without air conditioning for almost 3 months now. I had to keep complaining for them to come and look at my a/c, after submitting work requests to management. They finally came and looked my a/c and said it needed a new part. Since the end of October I have been without a/c been paying rent. I realize it's cool today but when you're cooking in your apartment it gets really hot inside and I'd like to be able to turn on the a/c to cool off but to this day.....there is still no a/c. They have people coming in to redo these apartments but no one comes to fix my a/c unit. At this point I'm upset and I am going have to move elsewhere

Had a great experience visiting this location with one of my friends. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well taken care of. I’ve visited twice and seems like the new staff and company has improved their customer service. Staff was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions about the property and amenities. Definitely on the top of my list now.

The ladies in the front office are absolutely the best and very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They made the process smooth and they have been honest from the jump. I highly recomend!!! Not to mention everything is pretty much within walking distance which is a plus if you like to walk or dont have a vehicle. They offer grilling areas and they have 2 pools!!

Me and my wife are new to the area and have been looking at this apartments for a couple of weeks until we could move forward w them and the move in. I would have to say these ladies are amazing and I gave them a 5 ⭐ because they deserve it! ❤️ Good job ladies! My wife, kids n I couldn't thank y'all enough!!!

I like ms Ashlee and me Tania because they have good attitudes and that makes me have full gratitude towards them. They both really care about the residents and I just renewed another 13-months.
