Very strange management ? Only inspection is on one bedroom s. ? Why because we don't need work done ? 3 years none of the two bedroom or 3 bedroom has been inspected ? Then when we get ready for inspection. They cancelled it because he had one broken window and the Gardner's do the maintenance work for him. Lmfao. But villa still pays him.

Management is completely unprofessional and disrespectful as can be. Maintenance can't help with nothing, the garbage looks and of course smells horrible. She tries and gives 10 day notices after just 1 day of paying rent late SMH I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments

Horrible horrible horrible place to live , don’t move here . Staff complains about everything no visitors after 11 , they work & pay under the table , if you have a guest spending a night they assume you’ve moved your guest in & are quick to send out violation notices . Maintenance guy acts like he owns the place & watches your every move . I’ve been here for more than 6 years & never had a problem with staff until now . This is a prison not a comfortable place to raise your kids I promise.

For my first apartment, I love it here. Manager is really nice. The only bad thing I hate is the summer time. Big roaches eww. But they can't help but to come and go. Outside not inside.

Horribly mismanaged by unprofessional and incompetent staff. Showed up on move in date only to be told that paper work had been misplaced, and move in would be postponed. Two days later and still no resolution. Family of four now essentially homeless due to poorly trained unprofessional staff. Highly recommend avoiding this property at all costs!
