Do not, I repeat do not rent if it’s owners are POLARITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. First of all they’re rude. The office personnel (Gwen) and the owner/property manager Anthony are the rudest of all. Your issues are low priority unless it ties to them having to pay more out of pocket expenses. They’re constantly having issues with plumbing. They give NO WARNING when they’re making repairs you just might wake up one day, take a shower and realize you have no water. It’s ridiculous!!! When you rent they say no pets but on property so many have dogs. People do not pick up after their dogs NOR THEIR CHILDREN. Some people have multiple people living with them the parking is annoying. They need to implement assigned parking for atleast one spot per apartment. One apartment has a woman and like 6 chil
