We previously lived in one of their properties and had a great experience—until move-out. We had to wait the full 30 days for our security deposit and only got updates after repeatedly calling and texting. The excuse? The owner went to Korea for a planned 3-month trip but returned early because “work wasn’t going well.” If he had stayed, would we not have received our deposit at all?
