We had a really good experience living here! When we first reached out, they got back to us quickly and set up a tour within a few days. We found a place we liked, signed shortly after, and moved in within a couple of weeks. The home was modern, new, and very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had great appliances, and it was a big plus that it came with a washer and dryer. We loved living here so much, we even recommended it to my cousin and he moved in soon after. I always felt taken care of by the management because any time we had a question or issue, it was handled right away. I saw a review about noise, but it was mostly quiet. Been living at sunlight meadows for about half a year now and I just needed to say that I am so glad to have found this place to live. Getting approved was so quick and communication was excellent. My wife and I enjoy the community and the location. Would recommend this place to our family and friends!

We’ve lived here for 1 year now, and honestly had been very great so far! We’ve mostly had great experiences, our fridge had an issue and they had someone come out same day!

We have been living here for over a month and haven't had one single issue. The maintenance team is great, management is super nice and very responsive and we have yet to hear our neighbors. The floor plans are so beautiful and definitely the largest we've toured in Vancouver. We love that it's a small community and we love our new home!!!
