Macgregor palm apartments is a good place to stay in the third ward! been here for a year and the landlord Andy is quick to resolve issues in a timely manner. rent is very affordable for 2bed 1 bath that i know and it’s very family kid friendly with a gate and children playing on inside. nice tight nit community for sure!
