Sunflower Gardens Senior Residences

🚩⚠️Steer Away⚠️🚩 We drove out of or way to visit this facility to not be greeted and treated like a complete bother. We had to walk around to find somebody to help us a resident that was playing cards got up and acted like she was running the show completely and unprofessional. She went into the workers office, and shut the door on us like they were having their own private conversation about us. The resident then came out to tell us to come back with an appointment. We asked to speak with a worker again and was asked by the resident to come back another time. when we finally got the chance to speak to the lady that worked there. Her name was Sharon she would not help us at all no brochures told us That all information was online in my first thought was a lot of elderly people don’t know h

Had Christmas with mom and pop plus aunt and sister. Good times

Went in to schedule walkrhrough for my mom to look at. Manager and some other lady think was resident super rude and not very nice. Had no time for anyone and she said it says by appointment only on the door(but not on the website). KDHE may need to check the welfare of the residents there if this is the type of people running this place. Sharon Hogan EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional.

When my apartment was driven into. It took 2/3 months until every thing was fixed. Everything takes time here at Sunflower Gardens.. As of now the outside push button doesn't work unless you hit and hit and hit it. I am grateful, even tho, it takes forever to get certain things accomplished..

Great apartments in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Also grounds are well-kept they're well-managed!👍
