Sunflower Apartments

My husband, roommate and I all loved living here! We heard our neighbors SOME times but not ever enough to complain. The grounds are well kept, laundry area always clean and tidy and the office staff was always so nice and on top of everything! At times the propane did run out for the bbq's which is inconvenient for the homes on the second story that don't have balconies but we knew they didn't have an outdoor space and the bbq's are a luxury/accommodation that they don't HAVE to provide so we are very thankful they did. We miss living here.

Great staff! Well managed and we'll taken care of. Units aren't so spacious for growing families but the community is family friendly alot of open space for kids to play and run around. There's a pool, basketball court, gym, and laundry mat. Units do have space for own washer and dryer.

This is a great location within walking distance to Summerlake Park. The grounds are well-kept and there isn't much noise. My apartment is clean and I haven't had any maintenance issues. I highly recommend Sunflower as an affordable and pleasant place to live in SW.

I've lived here two years and have found Sunflower to be a very comfortable place to call home. Management and maintenance are quick and thorough in assisting​ you, and basically they are just really pleasant people who work well together as a team. The grounds are kept nice and it's a quiet, friendly community here.

I've lived in many apartments. This one is managed so well I'm blown away! Maintenance is great! Clean and fun activities! I'm going on my 3rd year! RENT HERE! HAVE NO FEAR!😊
