The house was cheaply flipped from the last tenant with mismatching paint on the walls and poorly cleaned prior to our move in. We had a leak in the HVAC system that caused water damage to a guest room right when we moved in and the Maintenance worker refused to come because it was raining. They wouldn’t listen to us that we knew it wasn’t a roof leak and days went by without them fixing it. Communication is awful. Sunet Group as a whole has failed to execute their duties per contract and its caused continued duress, lost time and function on all parties touching the transaction both during the closing process and post contract and this group has failed to meet and execute the closing criteria or selling agency duties. Today for example, I found out that my insurance was never paid out of escrow and is closed because the Loan servicing company named by the sellers agent Was never able to service this type of loan, and no subsequent company has been provided yet. They scammed my mom and are in court, Dean Yan lost the court and then won't pay or release and I saw he was arrested for contempt of court. You can't even reach his broker. The only way to stop them it's to file complaints and get their licenses taken away!!!

Appears to be a scam. Photos on their rental site do not represent the actual condition of the property. Still accepting applications (presumably so they can get application fees) even after a lease is already in effect on a property. Only accept payments that can't be disputed like Zelle, instead of accepting other legitimate forms of payment that could be disputed. Property does not meet city, county, or state minimum property standards including having an infestation of vermin, apparent fungus, apparent active roof leak, no way to secure the home. BEWARE

Dean Yan with sunet group scammed my friend Shelby for a rental property in merkel, Tx. The home was shown by realtor virtually with photos of a well kept home. In reality the home was bed bug and mold infested with multiple leaks in the roof. Upon arrival when seeing this Shelby requested her money back because the home was not as advertised and it was also fully unlivable. Shop elsewhere.
