I have been using Sundance Property Management of Florida to manage my property in Kissimmee since June 2009 until I sold the property in the summer of 2025. They have always been responsive to my calls, someone always there to answer the phone, and gave me six month property inspections, with pictures and recommendations. They also provide annual listings of my expenses for tax purposes. They have staff that they use for maintenance and outside contractors that do work for them so that I could keep the property in good repair and make sure that the tenants were satisfied with the home. I recommend them to anyone who needs property management. (I found them after two other management firms that I was not as happy with)

Amazing team, and amazing experience being their tenant. The team is so lively, they treat you like a human and a friend, they are understanding and available for a phone call whenever you have a question, and even go above and beyond by being available by text after office hours. Whenever I speak with the team, I feel like I'm speaking with a friend or a family member. They were so sweet and accommodating during the moving process, and really exceeded my expectations for what a property management group can be. Customer service is an A+ 110% no notes, responsiveness is quick and communicative, and paying rent is a standard by the books money order during office hours.

Sundance has managed several of my units for many years and I have lost count of how many times they have bent over backwards to ensure the tenants and units are taken care of. Unfortunately, the service I have received has not met my expectations and, in some cases, has been unacceptable. Furthermore, under deception, they want to keep clients' money illegally. They make you believe one thing. But I have recorded conversations from Marisol that indicate that the owner accepted an agreement and now they say no. but I have proof. As a customer, I have the right to receive quality and satisfactory service in accordance with the terms and conditions established in our contract or agreement. Sundance have been managing my property for 15 years now and they have done a wonderful job. They handle everything from, contracts with tenants, day to day maintenance, collection of rent and even advice on insurance and keeping up to date with property taxes. I get a monthly report and each year I also get an annual report with photos of the property. I can highly recommend them.
