The apartment complex is fantastic. Alyssa and Tahliyah are both extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Maintenance crew works swiftly if anything is happening. The gym and club house stays extremely clean and as well. We’ve lived here for a couple of years now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else

The apartments are nice and spacious but the application process needs to improve. We had a valid quote for a unit and tried to apply, but it was gone. The leasing consultant never told us other people are looking at the apartment and it's better to finalize sooner. Even if the apartment is gone, they should send an email saying it's gone rather than letting you create an ID and then seeing the quote to be invalid. Based on what I heard from others, there seem to be issues with the gate access, where it ends up being a free for all.

I am a Relocation Realtor and provide furnished accommodations to my clients. I have several clients at Sundance Creek and love their property! They are quick to respond to work orders and always so pleasant to work with! Call and tour with this property! You won’t regret it!

So far I have been quite pleased with the service given and the living environment they have been trying to create to a wide range of people -virtually from all walks of life.. Hoping that the management and the maintenance team will continue with its efficient and professional approach.

I’m leaving this review based on my experience with customer service at this property. During my move-out process, after an unexpected job loss and international relocation, I was informed that an “insufficient notice fee” would apply and that the amount had to be paid prior to move-out. No flexibility or alternative solution was offered, and the only outcome communicated was “pay in full or it will go to collections.” Also, in a separate incident, a guest’s vehicle was towed related to the carport situation, and I paid $300 out of pocket. I reported it immediately and left multiple messages on the numbers provided, but I never received a response or any assistance.
