Nice and spacious apartments, playground on site for the kids, drama free, quiet, maintenance gets things taken care of pretty quickly with groundskeeper on property. Property manager is nice and easy to deal with, and has a laundry room on site as well.
Know someone who received charges living there and was evicted. There have been others living there that have received the same charges and were not evicted. Hmm...depends who you are! Also, after they were evicted, Sundance keeps the deposit. Also have to add the apt. wasn't even vacuumed, and the walls weren't even painted!!! The apt. was left CLEANER then when this person moved in!!! Watch the parking lot snow in the winter...you better have tall snow boots if it snows alot!
