Sundae

Sundae’s sales representative, Brandie, did a terrific job handling the sale of my family’s house. She kept us informed every step of the way. We wanted a prompt sale, and she was able to move up the sales date. It was a pleasure doing business with Sundae.

She spent allot of time assuring us what was happening. She made the process smooth and easy. Everything went just as she told us. Total bait and switch. We agreed on a price then they came back with a lower offer or cancelation of the deal. Total opposite of what their commercials say they do. This is probably a great case of fraud by false advertising. I would recommend not doing business with Sundae.
