Predatory company. Tried to charge 350 for paint and another 150 for cleaning and 75$ for a single vertical blind on top of other bogus fees. Attaching images of the place the day I left it to show they are liars. Hiring an attorney now.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my property manager, Autumn Baker. She is truly one of the sweetest, most compassionate, and dedicated professionals I have ever worked with. Recently, I was locked out of my property for hours due to an issue with the keypad lock. Autumn didn’t hesitate she took time out of her own schedule to personally drive all the way from Jacksonville to Palm Coast just to unlock my door. That level of commitment and care is rare. Predatory Property Management- AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give negative stars I would. Looking for a place to live and came across a nice looking property, and scheduled an easy in person tour. Which is where the easiness ended. After every document submission there is a 24-48 hour wait to hear back. I was impatient and ended up calling the help number to try to get my application moving. I figured going into the office would help, but was gate kept by the secretary and was offered no new information or help. Trying to move in rather quickly I asked to move in in a weeks time, and was told there would be a $275 expedited move-in fee, which is insane. Customer Service could be better. Some are more helpful than others. I am a Realtor and have been helping my customer find a rental for the past week. She applied with Suncoast Properties and got approved, but the rental home was no longer available . So I am still helping her find a place another place to rent in Palm Coast as she lives in another area and would like to relocate. When I call Suncoast, I get a different person most of the time and most speak broken English. This makes it difficult to communicate. The two agents that have been most helpful and that I am able to understand are Cathy & Mario. I suggest you allow your agents to share their contact information, so the realtors and future tenants can have better communication with one agent.

I have lived here for years and had always felt that property management was just out of reach. Today, I communicated with very attentive, professional and knowledgeable staff. Not only that; they had kindness customer service skills. Along with extremely compassionate and understanding. Absolutely fabulous at de-bunking anxiety around tough topics. I felt both seen and heard; even though, the situation did NOT seemingly work out in my favor. I feel like I can comfortably contact them going forward After today I would recommend Suncoast property management; solely based on Ms. Kiki and her stupendous supervisor (I cannot remember her name to save my life).
