Sunchase Tulsa Apartments

I love living at Sunchase. The people in the office and the maintenance crew are very helpful, courteous and professional. They take care of any problems promptly and efficiently. The property is clean and peaceful. My favorite feature is the indoor pool! I love being able to swim year round. They also have an exercise room available 24/7. Their clubhouse has a fireplace, two lounging areas, a kitchenette with coffee, and a business center with computer and printer. They serve donuts and other treats on holidays and special occasions. It's a wonderful place to call home.

I have been without hot water for 3 weeks. I called the office and they supposedly came to fix it and they told me to wait a few minutes for the hot water to work again and it never did. Everything is the same. I have to heat water on the stove to be able to shower in the early morning when I go to work.

The maintenance guy was friendly and was quick to respond to help on my shower issue. Both him and the office left more than one message telling me what they were doing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Management is completely rude they begged me to stay here cause I was going to leave cause I don’t like these apartments!!! You can’t have guest over cause accuse you of having someone living there and the manager in the office is RUDE!!! thank GOD I am out of here in APRIL and you can’t play music or have any type Of tv on cause neighbors will call and say noise complaint!!! I REGRET staying here and can’t wait to leave

It is so shocking that this place is quite large and it’s older but every single time I have had a minor maintenance issue, I call and someone is at my door so quickly. They fix my issue and out before it is even inconvenient. Thank you.
