I've been living here for the past three months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community here is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. From day one, they made me feel right at home and have been super accommodating with any needs I may have. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living space. I particularly appreciate the modern amenities such as the free gym, pool, and in-unit washer/dryer. The complex is also kept very clean, and I’ve noticed they’re always working hard to keep the grounds looking nice. One of the highlights for me has been the peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's close to the city. it still feels like a quiet retreat with everything you could ask for within a 10 minute distance (Short North, Easton
EDIT: Our car was broken into last night. I have to drop my rating by another star, as this complex does not feel safe and management is difficult to reach. The security patrol officer covers another neighborhood at night, so they are unable to address all issues. Maintenance staff (the only ones who consistently answer their phones) even told me that police response is quicker than the patrol. I have attempted to call the office several times, but my calls are either sent to voicemail or routed to a call center OLD REVIEW: I genuinely can’t give this complex anything higher. Pros: Great location Parking is usually easy to find Valet trash is convenient when it’s actually working Cons: Noise issues are constant. I’ve had to call the police for late-night vandalism three separate time
We just moved in this weekend and we are SO HAPPY. The move in process was a breeze, the lease was clear and reasonable, and everyone we've talked to has been so responsive and so nice. I attached pics of our empty unit at move in. They told us to let them know if there were any minor things wrong with our unit at move in that they could fix up for us to improve our experience, and we let them know about a very small issue. They had it fixed the next business day. Our neighbor came and said hi to us as we were moving in and informed us that the place is really nice and that the biggest problem he's experienced since moving in is raccoons. A small price to pay to be so close to nature!!!
I deeply regret renewing my lease here. This place has gone downhill fast, especially since Kelsey left. The so-called smokeless community is a joke now — there are smokers in every corner, so if you have asthma or allergies, good luck. Security has gotten worse too. There are more and more problematic neighbors moving in, with zero accountability. Pests are another nightmare. I’ve had mice in my unit for months. Management’s only solution is to keep setting traps and removing them, instead of actually treating the problem properly. No fumigation, no real pest control plan — just half-measures that do nothing. On top of that, the pool has been closed repeatedly because of constant vandalism. It’s clear they have no control over who comes and goes. It feels unsafe, neglected, and nothing
Edit: 01/07/2026 After sending an email to the community management, we received a response (summarized here) from the senior community manager: • Car break-ins are common crimes of opportunity locally and nationwide. • Security is not onsite at all times, and response times vary based on urgency and call volume. • A community message will be sent with tips to reduce vehicle break-ins. • Best prevention advice: remove all valuables and keep nothing visible inside vehicles. This is inadmissible, irresponsible, and frustrating. Instead of offering real measures to prevent insecurity in the community (highlighted by other residents in Google reviews over the last 6 months), they are basically saying this is the situation and there is nothing else they can do apart from asking us not to leav
