I just recently moved out in June of this year after renting for two years. I appreciated staying here since it was budget friendly and conveniently located. I liked the staff, at the front desk was Mr. Kim and the manager, Ms. Tung. I believe it’s a culture thing but I thought they were rude when I first leased and quickly realized they didn’t mean any harm. The apartment complex is old but my one bedroom was spacious along with the walk-in closet. It was extremely safe for my daughter and I, which was super important to me. I would come any time of night and still had no problems or ever felt in danger. I been live here for more than 3 years. Everything is perfect here, the environment, the neighborhood, especial the security! Our friend Francisco always check around the community to make sure everything is safe. And also he is very nice and enthusiastic to help residents.

No Safety!!! There is a homeless guy living in our apartment compound. Living in the stairwell around building 1, he can manage to get in somehow, although stairwell are locked. Every time I saw him, he has beer bottles in his hand. It has been a few months already. I've been reporting to the leasing office so many times, but they have never done anything! Last two week ago, I called apartment security, but no one came EVER! When I called again, the staff from leasing office told me to call 911!! I can't believe it.

This apartment has WATER PROBLEM very often. Sometime there is NO WATER for 7,8 hours without notice. NO RESTROOM for all day. This time I get regular cold water but NO HOT WATER for a week. So, all the residents need to take the shower with cold water in the winter time.

This apartment leasing office manager especially old immature man is very mean and disrespectful to the tenant when he have a conversation on the phone or in person. I would recommend not you to rent this apartment. All of them who work in the leasing office are extremely rude and yell at me every time I talk with them. It's not worth to rent.
