It was a sheer delight to work with Stacy and Cliff of Sunbelt Title Agency to close the sale of my parents' home, and to be doing it remotely. It was no easy task, however, they were patient, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and when we hit a snag they worked on it outside of normal business hours to make sure all went well and I was satisfied. They are professional, ethical, courteous, warm and kind, recognizing that these transactions, completed from afar, can be confusing and lengthy. Our closer Stacey was great. She was professional and knew how to close a transaction. But frankly, I have never seen such high charges to the buyer. Most closings buyers pay $550-650, theirs was $850.

Im very satisfied with their services, fast efficient and very professional. Recommend them 100%. My customers was out in about 45 minutes.
