When I came across the 2/1 unit near the Governor's Square Mall I was extremely excited about possibly renting it. I met with the Property Manager Shannon, and she was just the kindest lady I had ever met. The rent was an affordable price, it was pet friendly for my 45 lb dog and in a perfect location to get downtown quickly and close to the hospital. Shannon and her team always promptly attended to any issues that I had. My favorite part about the location is that it's close to Cascades Park, Tom Brown Park and not too far from Lake Ella. What more could a pet lover ask for!?

I lived in a 3/3 unit off of Westminister Drive. Sunbelt is one of the easiest leasing agencies to deal with in Tallahassee. They are upfront and honest with their tenants. Upon moving out my entire security deposit was returned minus a cleaning charge that was discussed prior to move-out.

Was looking to rent one of their townhomes with a few roommates and was mislead about the process of the applications. Me and my roomates spoke to Shannon SEVERAL times about the entire process and was told the same thing each time that NOTHING would be processed until AFTER EVERY APPLICANT has turned in ALL of the required documents. That however was not the case. 2/4 applications were processed and the fee was taken from our accounts almost a month after we filled out the application. I tried to reach out to Shannon but was left on read. Very disappointed with the fact that what we were told was different than what happened and we feel extremely disrespected that we were basically stolen from Very glad that we will not be renting through this company even though the homes are gorgeous.

In Response to Ms. Chelsey's review. They were told that the application fee would be credited back once they signed a lease agreement. However, they never completed the application process and the file was denied due to "Application was Incomplete".
