I’ve recently become aware of the inhumane actions of Gina Jaramillo, the property manager of this establishment, who had a compassionate feeder arrested for simply trying to help over 100 starving stray cats in the area. These animals are suffering, yet instead of addressing the situation with empathy, Gina chose punishment over compassion. This is blatant animal cruelty, and it’s truly heartbreaking and outrageous. How can anyone turn a blind eye to such suffering? Cats are beautiful, sentient beings who deserve care and protection—not neglect and hostility.

This area has about 100 cats that are being cared for and fed by Community cat feeders. Now the company wants the cats gone, and has hired Miramar PD as detail and ordered them to chase off feeders and rescuers. AND NOW A FEEDER WAS ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. I have rescued 2 kittens from here a little while ago (had to hide) and these 2 babies were very sick and were suffering, they had Panleuk and were euthanized. This was a direct result of starving sick cats. Property management is not listening to the pleas of cat feeders. Animal cruelty.

Their Mistreatment of the cats is deplorable and sickening. Shows a complete lack of basic compasssion, and not an establishment that I would ever be involved with. The manager is sick, and anyone allowing this to happen without speaking up is just as bad.

They believe in hiring the lowest quality exterminators that do illegal practices in handling a mistreating wildlife as well as the feral pet cat population. Completely illegal completely inhumane, completely a horrible business
