If there was an option for a 0 I would put this review as a 0!! We attempted to buy a house and the realtor John never answered his phone nor his emails promptly or timely....the contract we submitted ended up expiring because he was out of town with no service....he then finally responds and says he will get with the home owner and if we could give an extension on the contract so we agreed.....he never got back with us for two days when it was supposed to be the night after......we got the run around from the assistant stating he was out of the office in the morning that she would let him know......going on 5pm still no word so we called back and she asks if the office number was called which we did both times because they refuse to give other realtor his cell phone number.....at the end
