Most of my day is spent dealing with property management companies who need the services of Stanley Schultze and Co. for both repairs and new construction work. Sun Properties has been a client of ours for over a decade and have been an absolute delight to work with! Angi Walls understands when there is a necessity for quick action, whether a broken glass window, a faulty door closer or a caulk/ sealant issue causing water infiltration. She quickly dispatches Stanley Schultze to fix whatever problem has arisen, and follows up to make sure that the problem has been solved. If I were leasing commercial office space, I would definitely look first to properties managed by Sun Properties.

We are a tenant in their Quartermaster Station property in Jeffersonville. It's been a great experience! They've always been very easy to communicate with and have been very responsive to maintenance and other requests. We highly recommend them to other businesses all the time.

There is a great sense of community in the building and my clients really appreciate the location, cleanliness, and amenities offered by the building.
