Run don't walk away from this place!!! My boyfriend lives here we've been trying to get his oven fixed for over two months every single time the maintenance people "just missed him." A brand new home they told him bull!! Even while we were home, garage open and no noise that would have prevented them from crossing paths. Nasty floor there was a huge leak we found and no surprise these dumbos still haven't come through to fix they just suggested he turn off his water until they can find a plumber. Garage door doesn't fully close. Disgusting behavior for the rent he pays.
We bought our house two months ago and we are in love with the house, just some small details that anyone could fix like silicone in the showers, some areas lacking coulking but everything else is fine. advice try to use another lender
BEWARE when you fil out an application with them. They will keep your EARNEST MONEY if you're not approved... I will have to hire an attorney to try to get my $4,000 back. Also, the underwriters will make the process very difficult... almost impossible to get approved. I was putting 50% down and they denied me.
Houses are way to close together for my liking but a its a nice community.
EXACTLY! They will keep your earnest money if you're not approved. Try with another mortgage broker, not with CENTURY COMPLETE.
