Summitt Ridge Apartments

My wife and i have been living at Summitt Ridge since 2023. We had left our old place due to having adopted a puppy and needed bigger space. We came across Summitt Ridge by complete accident and have loved it ever since. The amenities are amazing, the gym has been wonderful (i just wish we had a stair master haha). Maintenance has always been quick to respond for example when a pipe burst in our second bathroom. they had called a vendor and it was all remodeled and fixed within a week. The balconies are spacious for plants and are great for working outside on nice day. The front office workers and managers are the best including Eddie ( my dog absolutely loves him too). Charito just gave us a tour and was so wonderfully helpful! She made sure all our questions were answered and was so lovely to work with! I love the community! Everyone is friendly and said hello as we passed. The rooms were well designed and very soundproof!

Eddie was so fantastic helping us get into our new apt! The whole leasing staff has been great with communication anf making the move in smooth and easy.

Update 7/2023: : All of these issues are from past 8 months. Very few of these issues are resolved yet. Just so you have context for your decisions. The garage door has been replaced, but there has been a leak in the basement for months, the ceiling collapse in the entry way is still not resolved, and the elevator still is moldy-smelling. Good luck. Update 5/2023Currently the garage door is still not fixed, there’s two leaks in the main entryway that just have a carpet pulled up and a bucket filling up for three weeks. The elevator has been flooded for a week. 3 more mice. I am utterly dismayed and deeply disappointed by the gross misrepresentation of the apartment. The leasing staff painted a picture of a beautiful place with excellent amenities during the tour, and I was excited about moving in. Despite not being able to view the apartment itself, due to it “not being ready at the time,” I took Jean-Pierre’s words to heart and trusted his opinion. However, upon my move-in date, I was met with a completely different reality. The apartment was in a deplorable state, with baseboard heaters falling off, a missing piece of the dishwasher, and exposed wiring under the kitchen sink, among other issues. The shower and bathroom sinks were clogged, and the sliding doors were wobbly on their tracks. The washer and dishwasher emitted a repulsive nauseating odor, and t
