Summit Time Vacation Rentals

We checked in on Thursday at 3:50 p.m. and immediately unloaded our belongings for our family vacation. Any initial excitement quickly disappeared once we entered the home. The condition of the rental was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. My wife contacted the rental agency right away, but there was no immediate response. The kitchen floor was visibly dirty, and a used, dirty towel had been left in the bathroom. The hot tub was malfunctioning—spraying water directly toward the sliding glass door, running low on water, and spitting water—forcing us to shut it off. Even when slight issues with the home popped up Cory was there to quickly take care of the situation. I wanted to quickly address Chris Herron’s negative review, which I can sympathize with. Chris had booked our condo, which Cory and his team at SummitTime have managed beautifully for three years. Alas, after several days of subzero temperature that bottomed out at -44, our condo building had a water main break that flooded multiple units on the property the day Chris was scheduled to check in. It was a real crisis situation that could’ve impacted every unit in the building, and Cory was out there himself in the freezing cold helping the homeowners he partners with avoid major disaster. Again, I sympathize that Chris likely had his vacation ruined or at least severely impacted, and that warrants an apology, which I’d like to offer him here personally. I own a condo in Granby Ranch and highly recommend Summit Time if you are looking for an exceptional team to manage your property and investment. Cory and his team take care our property like it was their own home. Cory is a local and really understands the community and how to market our property. We also love that he lives in the area and is able to be onsite for our guests and any issues.

We enjoyed the relaxing condo on the Fraser River with Summit Time so much! What a beautiful, cozy spot. We had more than enough room for me, my husband, and our 2 dogs. Summit Time was very responsive to us when booking and made sure we had everything we needed for an A+ stay. We plan to use them again in the future!
