Summit Station Apartments

My dad recently moved in and he loves it there! He said the manager Ashley is so nice and friendly. And that the maintenance man Randy is super nice and always so on top of things. Very clean and organized place. The outside of the area is also clean and very quiet/peaceful. Would definitely recommend living here.

Loved living here for a year and a half! Anything that was needed or was a problem, maintenance was always there super quick to fix. Randy is a kind and wonderful person! Tina is also very kind and has always been there whenever we needed her! Easy people to get along with. A very quiet environment to live in as well. Highly recommend!!

Nice appearance,nice parking lot on side. Trees, pretty. All one level. Flat ,easy walking.

The grounds are visibly clean and well-kept. The office foyer and on site laundromat are always in working order and impeccable. The maintenance is efficient and timely. The apartments are in great condition, include appliances, have central air and patios. The manager is helpful and friendly as well as competent which is a rarity in itself. They’re also affordable. Overall best place I’ve rented.

Absolutely A Great place to start your life...All the apartments are kept up to date and has a real Homey Feeling. Maintenance is very up kept and quick for the one guy who does it all..Randy...Great guy! Tina the landlord is absolutely easy to get along with and if there is anything you need help with shes always there. Great person all around. Would recommend these apartments to anyone!
