Summit Ridge Luxury Apartments

Summit Ridge has a lot of potential but feels neglected over time. One of the best things about the community is how dog-friendly it is. There are sidewalks, grassy areas between buildings, and plenty of poop bag stations and trash cans. It’s an active community with many neighbors walking their dogs throughout the day. During the summer months especially, the community feels more active, with neighbors out walking and enjoying the area. The gym is convenient for quick workouts, and the complex is in a quiet, secluded area with a park and trail across the street. The community demographics mainly consist of young adults and adult couples or individuals with pets. Many residents are professionals working from home across different industries. The quality of this property has gone downhill fast. Management is terrible, the noise is ridiculous (train depot slamming, as well as inconsiderate neighbors). If you're living on the second floor, you'll only be comfortable if you're deaf because you'll hear everything above and below you. No soundproofing at all. And better have the police on speed dial. It's anything but luxury. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place, but they're limited by the incompetence of on-site management as well as the broader company.

I have lived at Summit Ridge for over a year. I constantly have problems with loud and obnoxious neighbors. I have complained about to the office 6 different times without even a response or a reply to any of my complaints. There is NO soundproofing in these apartments and no cameras outside. My neighbor witnessed people coming into the complex at 2am and stealing parts off of people's cars. Do not rent here!

Sandy is great in the office!!! So sweet and open to answer any questions. Tim and Nelson are the best maintenance men! They fixed our hot water heater very fast, on time, and were so nice. I love living at Summit Ridge!

Tim and Nelson do a great job with all their maintenance jobs in my apartment. I called about my oven and it was fixed quickly! They are kind and I truly appreciate what they do! (:
