Summit on Boulder Apartments

I’ve been living in this apartment complex in Henderson for eight months, and I can honestly say that this has been a pleasant overall experience. The management team truly stands out. Juan, Martine, and Kayla are attentive, respectful, and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. Eric from maintenance is also very responsive and helpful. The community feels welcoming and almost family-oriented. One of the things I appreciate most is how well the grounds are maintained. When I walk around the property, I don’t see dog feces or pigeon droppings everywhere. I’ve personally seen cleaning crews mopping the hallways and maintaining the grounds regularly. We enjoy living here very much. Staff is friendly and the facility is well kept. This would be 4/5 stars if it weren’t for the custodian who claims to be a maintenance guy. Very unprofessional and pretty much useless in every sense of the word. If you have issues with appliances such as dryers, he won’t know how to fix it. From his appearance to the smell of cigarettes and smoke that reek from his clothing, you can tell pretty quickly he was found off the street. Aside from his uselessness, this place a nice place to live. Definitely recommend everything else. Close to many plazas, stores and restaurants.

I really love living here! It's super peaceful and you get what you pay for! Well, worth it and I encourage anyone who's looking for a Great Place to Stay to come here! We had such a fun time at the Super Bowl Watch Party at Summit on Boulder! The space was big and comfortable, the big-screen TV made the game even better, and the food and drinks were great. It was a really fun crowd and an awesome way to spend the game. Definitely a great time!

I’ve had such a great experience living at Summit on Boulder. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff always follow up to make sure everything is taken care of. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I especially love the open floor plans as well as the full sizes washer and dryer in unit and valet trash on those lazy day you don’t want to take out the trash. The community is safe and welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is also a huge plus—close to Smiths, dollar tree and other stores, which makes daily life so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Summit on Boulder to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
