Summit Funding, and particularly Chad Trease, were so great to work with on our home loan. Pulling together what was needed happened to be complicated in this case so deadlines were too close for anyone’s comfort. However; Chad maintained contact and expressed urgency throughout in the nicest, most even keeled way you could ask a professional to do. I have no doubt that the closing could’ve and would’ve gotten delayed with most other officers in most other companies. I am very grateful for the assistance. It takes a lot (whether it’s good or bad) to motivate me to do a review like this and I just think when someone is this good at their job it’s worth shouting it out! Thanks again!
