Terrible management. I've lived here for a year and a half. We're now on the 3rd management company I think? It's a mess. New management has now decided that upstairs tenants are not allowed privacy on their patios and made me remove the patio cover. Nobody else ever had an issue with it. Pool is always closed, mailboxes are always open, metal pipes sticking out of the ground from old satellites. They photoshopped the pictures on the website to make it look way nicer than it is. The new website says luxury, but it's just a regular dinky apartment and now we're not even allowed privacy. They informed me that I'd be paying the same price as a renovated unit when my lease is up, even though my apartment has not been renovated. Mrs.Corey my family and i want to say thank you very much to mrs corey. we was homeless and because of her and her team we have a place to stay. i walked in and got nothing but great great customer service by all of the team. she has a broken leg and still got up and showed me an apartment no complaining no attitude just smiled and did a wonderful job. so if your family been looking for a wonderful apartment management team this is the place to be from my family to mrs. corey and her team thank you very very much we truly appreciate you guys from the CROSBY/FLERRY family 5 stars don't give justice she deserves 10 stars if you ask me :) :) :)

My experience with management has been great. I have been living here for roughly about 4 years now, and my experience has been great its a very quiet apartment complex. Friendly neighborhoods and close to 1960 rd. I recently just moved to a bigger unit and the transfer process was easy going with the help of Elias. Highly recommend his help and everyone else in the office. Thank you for making it easy to live here!

This place is a total JOKE look elsewhere! They only want your application fees and deposits!!!!!! UPDATE!!!!! Yes OWNER just read your post and #1 I have asked to speak with the owner or corporate direct! And of course CRICKETS!!!!! Just refund me my deposit that your assistant manager said I would receive back within 7-10 days now she is lying about what she said and telling me I now have to wait an additional 2 weeks! I have already taken the necessary measures to report you!!!! Hopefully no one else has to ever experience this again! You were definitely quick to take my money but giving me nothing but heartache to get it back shame on you!!!!!!

Ms. Leonora and the management team is so professional and nice. Like genuinely nice people. During and even after I moved in I would still receive emails or phone calls to see how I’m adjusting and being that I’m from a different state that really meant a lot. I’m so grateful the paperwork process to move in and get situated was so smooth I truly love my apartment it’s just right for me.
