Nice apartment complex and area but when you have to sleep in your car because the entire staff decides to neglect you, it’s pretty unjust. Staff needs to reevaluate their priorities. I have now expressed to manger, office-team and maintenance multiple times now how my unit keeps losing power due to a bad breaker. Keep in mind, this is a quick and easy fix and my unit is the only unit experiencing this. They have basically all made me feel as though My issue is not a priority because they have all told me that they are working on replacing AC units at the moment and would get to me after. however I feel as though my issue is a little more serious than needing to replace AC units as I am the ONLY one in the entire complex who keeps losing TOTAL power to this issue. The place is clean and well kept. Rent is reasonable and hope they will keep it that way. The three ladies at the front are very nice and take care of whatever problems you have pretty quick, especially Amy. A few things have been broken since I moved in but maintenance fixed it all pretty well.

Our recent maintenance request was great, no problem there. But today, I saw two people with big dogs off leash. One was a German shepherd. I was pulled down onto the ground while walking our dog once because of a dog ON LEASH, but a dog off leash is dangerous and it is against the rules.

The atmosphere and the people here are amazing. I have yet to experience such great customer service from any other front office. I highly recommend this establishment if you're ever in the market. They take the time to understand you and really go above and beyond. Thank you Summerwood Apartments!

I was warmly welcomed and felt valued as a future member of this community. I didn’t have an appointment, but Grace gave me a tour. Every amenity is offered with exceptional curb appeal. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and passionate about her work. It’s worth your time to visit.
